I suppose that saints are people who dance in God on a daily basis but don't always know it. Today I want to know it. More importantly I want to live it. Spirituality involves the physical. Earthly and physical pleasures are divine, and they should be appreciated. For too long we were told that spirituality involved escaping from the body,moving away from the Earth to experience heaven. But heaven is here on Earth. God is to be found in the daily happenings of life. The smile, hug, kind word, and shared meal are all aspects of God. So many people who say they can't find God are usually looking in the wrong direction.God is here. Everything has
