In the Heart of God

I will never be alone. No matter what happens in my life, no matter who comes and goes, I am not alone. I can reach into my inner depths and connect with the God that lives within and without me. I can move into the stillness of my own soul and be with all of creation, one with the infinite, one with God. I love this universe and it loves me. I am meant to be a part of the divine mystery. The heart of God is big enough to contain any and all of me - it accepts me as I am and I will do the same. My heart is big enough to join with the heart of God. I am carried always on the wings of spirit, I am safe in the loving hands of my Higher Power.

I am not alone.
 

If you look for the truth outside yourself,
it gets farther and farther away.
Today walking alone, I meet (it) everywhere I step.
(It) is the same as me, yet I am not (it).
Only if you understand it in this way
will you merge with the way things are.
