Belief

Somebody once asked me, "Leo, what does spirituality or living in the spirit mean to you?" It means many things. It means making a choice to be positive, developing creativity in my life. It welcomes all the great religions of the world and those that are not so well known. It affirms nature, the universe, and our connection to the animal kingdom. But it also involves a belief in something that cannot ever be fully explained with words: God, Higher Power, Spirit. It is a knowing, a sense of being more than any definition. And it is powerful.
