Harmonizing with the Universe

31st May 2012 – Jake – A hundred hearts would be too few to carry all my love for you..Ish’llah

Dyer says we are all part and parcel on the one - Universe. Uni meaning One and verse meaning Song!  So we are all One Song and the following fits into this perfectly:

The Benefits of Singingby Madisyn Taylor

The act of singing is one of the easiest ways of raising the vibration of your body as you harmonize with the universe.

Singing is an act of vibration. It takes music from the realm of the unformed-- whether that is in your mind or from that magical space of inspiration--and moves it from within to without. From the first breath singing moves the energy in a circular way inside your body. As the breath fills your lungs, it brushes against the second and third chakras—the centers of creation and honoring self and others. Instead of merely exhaling, pushing the air past the fourth and fifth chakras where heart charka and the center of will and intention reside, singing engages both the heart and mind. Sound vibrations from vocal chords resonate in the sinus cavities, filling the head with motion and sound while the brain lights up with the processing of the mathematics of music. This marriage of activities brings the third eye into play and opens the door for inspiration from the crown chakra before sending the sound out into the world.

Once the vibration begins, it is sustained with each note, moving throughout your body and the space around you. This can help you to harmonize your frequency with the world and with the divine. The use of the voice can bring about catharsis, a cleansing from the expression of emotion, which is why we feel better after singing certain types of songs. All of this occurs even if we are not conscious of what we are singing, but when we really connect with an intention, the power of the voice and music together are powerful tools in creation.

Even if you are not a singer by nature or talent, you are not left out. If you have a voice, it is your birthright to celebrate life with song. It doesn’t matter if you don’t feel you have a nice voice. Chanting or humming, singing solo or with others, your voice is yours to enjoy. Whether you sing along to the radio or use vocalization as part of your meditation time, singing and harmonizing are healing activities that bring your body’s vibrations into alignment with the universe.

8 Ways to Optimize your Life!

30th May 2012 – Jake – Love is a symbol of eternity.  It wipes out all sense of time, destroying all memory of a beginning and all fear of an end...Ish’llah

1. Do more of what you love & enJOY yourself!

Obvious as this is, how often do you really allow yourself to a) have a good ponder on what it is you really LOVE, or would love to do, and b) schedule that into your diary.

Make a ‘joy-list’ of all that brings you joy, including the little things, be that your favourite breakfast, favourite flowers or spot in nature, and start adding more of those things into your life. (Obviously if your favourite breakfast is a huge greasy fry up, it might be best to avoid making that a daily habit! ;) )

Doing more of what you love and that which makes your heart sing will raise your vibration naturally, and through that alone, help you attract happier, more positive successful realities and opportunities into your life.

Make joy a priority and get creative about ways to experience it. As you commit to joy and make that intention, the universe will respond. Be open to joyful opportunities coming your way, and of course, get about creating them!

Fun and joy are antidotes to stress, struggle, sacrifice, tediousness and seriousness.

When you experience the playful celebration of life you actively give, both to yourself and others, and are open to sharing more of who you are and riding the current of spontaneity and joy.

Don’t wait for joy or put it out there in your future. Bring it into your now! Joy is so much of the success your heart is seeking.
If you don’t enjoy the journey, chances are you won’t enjoy the destination. Start having fun NOW!”
Beyond ‘doing’, joy comes out of your state of being – it is your true nature! When you let go of more of what you’re not – negative self-beliefs, constricting emotions and un-serving patterns and stories – you experience more of the fountain of joy you truly are!
2. Giving and Receiving

Giving is one of the most rewarding experiences in life, and opens you to greater receiving, for both are inextricably linked. Each gives birth to the other; if you don’t receive, for example, you deny someone their giving.

Some of the greatest gifts are giving of WHO YOU ARE – your love, light, joy, presence, energy, attention, well wishes, inspiration, support, and listening, for example. Just being happy in itself can be a wonderful gift to people in your life!

Start your day asking and intending to be of service in some way. I am not talking about sacrificing yourself or being a martyr, or acting out of obligation, but to genuinely hold the intention of ‘how may I serve today in a way that is for the highest good of all’. Perhaps it is to smile at a stranger, listen more, call a  friend, or express more care and acts of kindness.

Receiving, the other side of the coin, is a powerful ally for manifesting ANYTHING in your life!
Receiving acts as a gateway through which the universe can bless your life with more love, synchronicities, serendipities and opportunities. The more you allow yourself to receive, the more bountiful your attraction and reality becomes.

People can have blocks around receiving due to a lot of miss-connotations, beliefs, and fears, some of which are akin to those around love.

I’m not referring to receiving physical gifts here so much, but to emotional and mental ones – gifts of love, appreciation, caring, opportunities that come your way, joy, compliments, and so on. Do you really allow yourself to let these gifts in from others? And to let in the gift of life itself – it’s wonder, beauty, and magic? Gifts from others go to waste when they are not received.

I offer a free ebook on receiving as part of the ‘Love Pack’ you can receive at this page on this site, called “The Magic of Receiving” if you want to experience more of this energy in your daily life.

Consciously open to receive. Make it your intention. Affirm it as a choice. Imagine your desires flowing to you. Imagine yourself receiving the love, success, abundance, joy, fun, and happiness you desire.

Practice receiving in all areas of your life, whether it’s compliments, gifts, the experience of another, the beauty of nature. When you appreciate something and are grateful for it, you allow it in, you receive it.

Life doesn’t have to be a struggle. Ask for help when you need it. Choose partnership. Be courageous enough to be vulnerable, to receive, to be open. When you try to do everything on your own, you will burn out and become exhausted.

Ask the universe for help regularly and be open to receive that in whatever form it takes.

3. Meditation

Meditating daily, even for just 5 or 10 minutes in the morning or evening, has numerous benefits, many of which are now scientifically proven, from reduced stress to anti-aging benefits.

Even more profound are the mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of meditation, and it is these that I believe filter down resulting in physically observed health shifts.

Creating the space to still your mind and open to more of your truer self – the magnificent spiritual being that you are beyond your personality self, allows more love, light and higher wisdom to be integrated into your being.

Meditation is a gateway between worlds and allows you to experience expanded states of consciousness beyond the limits of your conscious mind and everyday awareness.

Meditation and deep relaxation also enable a natural clearing and aligning of your energy. Lower frequency energies dissipate and are washed away as higher vibrations imbue your being, which equate to positive thought-feeling states.

There are many different meditation techniques, from guided visualizations, to basic breathing meditations, shamanic journeys, hypnotherapy meditations, and Buddhist meditation practices, for example. You can also put time aside to just relax and get still and quiet.

Intend on finding one most suited to you at this time. You might want to explore and try a few.
If you’re unsure where to start, the Buddhist Loving Kindness Meditation, also known as Metta Bhavana, is a beautiful, simple yet powerful meditation to harness loving energy towards positive outcomes for yourself, others and the world.

In short, it involves directing loving, kind feelings fist towards yourself, then to loved ones, acquaintances, strangers, people you may be ‘at odds’ with, and finally, all beings.

I’ll be sharing more on this in a future issue, but if interested, you can search online and find details for now.

4. Manifesting Visualization

Spending a few minutes putting yourself in the shoes of your brightest future on waking and before sleeping (perhaps as part of your meditation routine), can help to align your energy to your dreams which is key to manifesting them. It will also shift the orientation of your focus and mental and emotional states, raise your vibration, and help to positively ‘re-wire’ your brain.

This daily manifesting routine can be integrated or added along-side your daily meditation.

What’s important with this exercise is not just imagining the sights, sounds, and occurrences that bright future you will be experiencing, but the wonderful, high energy states, and feelings of happiness, joy, love, peace, confidence, freedom, and so on. In this sense, you can think of it essentially as more of a ‘feel-ization’ exercise than a visualization one.

Allow the experience of whatever thoughts and feelings occur and are conjured through the process of imagining yourself in the shoes of your bright future self – the you that has achieved your heart’s desires, not just with regards to physical goals, but the mental and emotional states of being you desire also.

Accessing the energies of these positive thought and feelings states on a regular basis will not only positively transform your energy, but your reality accordingly, for they hold an energetic resonance, a frequency pattern of vibration, that will start attracting equated realities by law of resonance (a.k.a. the Law of Attraction in action).

You might also want to read the post “How to Change Anything In An Instant!” at this link that talks about the power of Future Causation.

5. Love and accept yourself

“No amount of self-improvement will make up for a lack of self-acceptance”. ~ Robert Holden.
The more you accept yourself as you are, the more you let go of what you’re not.

Stop self-criticism, self-punishment, and condemnation. Forgive yourself and say no to traps of guilt, for guilt has no redeeming features and serves no one.

You are not your failings, limitations or mistakes. Who you TRULY are is wholly innocent. Let go of negative self-concepts and limiting self-beliefs and come home to the truth of who you are – your goodness, beauty and worth.

Start being more kind and compassionate with yourself. You deserve your love, respect and care. Value yourself and be your own best friend :)
6. Gratitude

Allow yourself to feel grateful for at least 5 things each morning, and at night before sleeping – either things in general, or specific things that may have happened that day.

Gratitude aligns your energy to that which you love and appreciate and is positive and beautiful in your life, and in such, enhances your mental and emotional state, and magically attracts more of the same into your life.

Gratitude also raises your vibration in general which enables you to attract brighter realities per se, beyond the specific things you feel grateful for.

It’s always good to remember the power of gratitude and engage it any time your energy drops or you feel stuck in a negative state. Stop and feel grateful. Experience it as an energy that fills your heart and emanates from you, blessing you and your world.

Gratitude will ALWAYS lift your mood and is a generating energy that attracts more of that which is good and true into your life.

In appreciating and feeling grateful for something or someone, you essentially receive it (the very essence you feel grateful for), as well as give to it from your heart, which effectively aligns your vibration to it, and directs your focus and attention towards it, assisting you in manifesting it.

Gratitude is the sweet song of appreciation and turns an experience, person or event into a gift that is received, for when you appreciate and feel grateful, you literally let the experience/quality in, and you also give to it from your heart. It is a wonderful simultaneous exchange of positive energies.

Whatever you focus on grows, so when you appreciate something, see its value and beauty and feel grateful for it, those qualities expand in your life. Simply put, what you appreciate, appreciates!

When you focus on everything in your life you have to feel grateful for, and all the wonderful things, experiences and people you appreciate, the universe hands you more of the same. It’s a fantastic abundance expanding experience!

You might like to also keep a gratitude journal and write down at the end of each day 10 things you feel grateful for over the last 24 hours to assist you in experiencing more of this wondrous, generative, heart-opening energy of gratitude!

7. Be yourself

Be yourself – it’s why you’re here; there’s only one you! And that you makes more of a difference than you may ever know.

When you go trying to be someone else, you starve the world of who you are – YOU are amazing, whether you realize that or not!

You matter. You are important. You are a vital piece in the beautiful dance of this world. Don’t compromise or lose yourself trying to conform, please or mould yourself into how you think you should or ought to be.

You have come into this life with unique energies, gifts, talents, and potential. People will attract you into their life for a reason, and that reason is about you being who you are.

Be courageous enough to be yourself. It will not only set you on path to truer success in your life, but is the best way you can serve others and your world. Don’t hide yourself or your gifts, or your heart-centred thoughts and feelings.

No, you’re not perfect, and you’re not supposed to be. There are gifts in your imperfections too, so be yourself, you’re the only one qualified :)

Dare to be unique, dare to be you, dare to shine your colours, beautiful and true!

8. Love <3 Love <3 Love

Love yourself and others. There may be times this is easier than others, but make it your overriding intention. Love lies at the heart of all that you seek, and separation from it at the root of your trouble and pain.

Let love be a guiding light in your life that will steer your ship ever to the shore of happiness and joy. We all love to love and be loved. It doesn’t get better than that!

Love is the highest vibration in the universe. The more you love yourself and others, the happier, brighter and more successful your life will become.

Love yourself and loving others becomes easier, as well as receiving that love from others.
And know you are loved. You are loved by people in your world, and totally and unconditionally by your Higher Self (see blog post “Who You Really Are!” at this link), and the source of
creation, whatever name you hold for that.

There is nothing you need do to win that love and nothing you can do to lose it. Becoming aware of this truth connects you to your inherent value, increases your sense of worth and deserving, heals pain of separation and loneliness and opens you to the love that is there for you in every moment.

~~ Closing Notes ~~

Many of the above may not be new to you and more serve as a reminder and encouragement. Of course, there are so many ways you can optimize your daily life, and this article shares just a summary of a handful.

I’d love to hear your thoughts and suggestions.

Which of the above do you particularly resonate with, or not?
And what other things do you find optimizes your day? Do share! :)

Love and joy,
Aine Belton

Incomplete Without You (S)

Tried to tell you
But words got in the way
Cant express what I had to say

Tried to find you
To make you realize
But explainations wont change your mind

How can the moments pass
How can a day seem not forever
How can a lifetime last so long?
Suddenly youre all alone
Wondering where all the years have gone
Its been so long, so long, so long
My life is incomplete without you

Incomplete without you
My life is incomplete without you
Incomplete without you

Some remember
Some live to forget
I cant erase what I dont regret
Time goes by
My heart wont let me hide
Thoughts Ive tried so hard to disguise

How can the moments
Happen a day seem like forever
How can a lifetime last so long?
Suddenly youre all alone
Wondering where all the years have gone
Its been so long, so long, so long
My life is incomplete without you

Incomplete without you
Incomplete without you
My life is incomplete without you
Incomplete without you

Cant stop thinkin about you baby
Its been so long
Cant go livin without you baby
Since youve been gone
Cant stop thinkin about you baby
Its been so long
Cant go livin without you baby
Since youve been gone

How can the moments
Happen a day seem like forever
How can a lifetime last so long?
Suddenly youre all alone
Wondering where all the years have gone
Its been so long, so long, so long
My life is incomplete without you

Incomplete without you
My life is incomplete without you
Incomplete without you

A sun without a sky
Hello without goodbye
A night without a day
Now theres nothing left to say

A sun without a sky
Hello without goodbye
A dog without a bone
A house with someone home

SPIRITUALITY IN ACTION

There is a story about how the holy Maggid of Mezritch, Rav Dov Ber, had little interest in going to meet the great Baal Shem Tov, Rav Israel ben Eliezer. The Maggid had studied harder than nearly anyone in history, so he believed he knew everything there was to know. He saw no need to make the journey but at his wife’s insistence he eventually agreed.

After a few days of being with the Baal Shem Tov, the Maggid felt like he’d learned nothing new. In fact, it seemed that the Baal Shem Tov didn’t want to discuss spiritual matters at all with him! Finally, as the Maggid was about to return home, the Baal Shem Tov asked him to explain about the holy angel, Arizal. The Maggid was taken by surprise, but being as knowledgeable as he was, he was able to explain all about the angel in great depth.

As soon as the Maggid had finished, the holy Baal Shem Tov agreed and gave the same explanation, but every time he spoke the name, Arizal, the angel itself appeared! Any angel he mentioned, for that matter, materialized before them as the words came out of the Baal Shem Tov’s mouth.

The Baal Shem Tov and the Maggid had the same information, but what made them different is that the Baal Shem Tov had put all he’d learned into action and therefore he owned it in his heart. The Maggid understood in that moment what the Baal Shem Tov already knew: That information is useless until it is put to use.

We sometimes imagine spiritual people to be those who spend their lives in solitude on a mountain, deep in study and meditation—but this isn’t really true. One must come down from the mountain and put the wisdom to practical everyday use with people, to work towards improving him- or herself and his or her environment. That’s the spiritual path.

If we want to put an end to chaos in our lives, and the world, we need to be as concerned with doing our spiritual work as we are with our studies. Information won’t change the world but putting spirituality into action can.

It’s time to start turning words into wisdom by applying all we learn to our lives this week.

The great sages gave us the information, but it’s up to each of us to manifest it in the world.

All the best,

Yehuda

I Will Be! (S)

There's nothing I could say to you
Nothing I could ever do to make you see
What you mean to me

All the pain, the tears I cried
Still you never said goodbye and now I know
How far you'd go

I know I let you down
But it's not like that now
This time I'll never let you go

I will be, all that you want
And get myself together
Cause you keep me from falling apart

All my life, I'll be with you forever
To get you through the day
And make everything okay

I thought that I had everything
I didn't know what life could bring
But now I see, honestly

You're the one thing I got right
The only one I let inside
Now I can breathe, cause you're here with me

And if I let you down
I'll turn it all around
Cause I would never let you go

I will be, all that you want
And get myself together
Cause you keep me from falling apart

All my life, I'll be with you forever
To get you through the day
And make everything okay

Cause without you I cant sleep
I'm not gonna ever, ever let you leave
You're all I've got, you're all I want
Yeah

And without you I don't know what I'd do
I can never, ever live a day without you
Here with me, do you see,
You're all I need

And I will be, all that you want
And get myself together
Cause you keep me from falling apart

All my life (my life), I'll be with you forever
To get you through the day
And make everything okay

I will be (I'll be), all that you want
And get myself together
Cause you keep me from falling apart

And all my life, you know I'll be with you forever
To get you through the day
And make everything okay

OUR SONG!

Love can touch us one time
And last for a lifetime
And never let go till we're gone

Love was when I loved you
One true time I hold you
In my life we'll always go on

Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

You're here, there's nothing I fear
And I know that my heart will go on
We'll stay forever this way
You are safe in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

The Promises..Coming True

26thMay 2012 – Jake – A year ago u were admiring the Monaco track & hunks! Now u r just admiring the hunk of a double choc MT!

27th May 2012 – Jake – My love as deep; the more I give to thee. The more I have, both are infinite..Ish'llah

REFLECTION FOR THE DAY: Each morning I place myself and all my worries and problems into God's loving care. I ask my Higher Power to take charge of my life for this day. I surrender my mind, my body, my life and my will, asking for the strength and courage which I need to keep going. I turn my family and friends over to God also, asking that they be helped with their health, happiness and any concerns they may have. When I have done this, I then ask for specific help with problems such as too little patience, intolerance, my habit of criticising, and unforgiveness. This starts the day off on the right track for me.

The day is easier when my concerns are on God's hands.

I attended my local CoDA meeting the other day and the topic for discussion was tradition 7.

There were 2 sharing that stood out for me.  The first was a by a member who has been financially dependent on her spouse all her adult life.  Now that the youngest has started school she was thinking about contributing financially to the household. What really scared her was to have someone financially dependent on her, as she has never had to this.

The second was by a long standing member who is always bubbly and one of the first to share at meetings.  She always appeared to be coping well in recovery. This time she was visibly and emotionally distressed and was the last to share. It reminded me that we are never really 100% recovered or “normal”.  In fact, perfection is not a goal (although the ego loves perfection!) and rather we should focus on Step 10 and Promise 4 – awareness.  We have to remain ever vigiliant and present!

She said something that was gold: “I’m struggling with being vulnerable but if I cannot be vulnerable here then where can I be?”

Later as we read the Promises of CoDA, I thought about how much progress I have made and how far I’ve come.  The same will happen for Neytiri, although she lacks faith and keeps thinking herself to be the perfect wretch! However, as previously stated there is no such thing as perfect, except for LOVE, so she has failed at this, as well.

It is all about bottoming out and then making a commitment for a better contribution to life. Take control of the inside and the outside will take care of itself.  Same with our physical health.  Most humans spend more time looking after their outside health, i.e. their ego’s perception of the perfect human but fail to take care of the inside of the body where it matters most.

It is appropriate to revisit the CoDa Promsies and whislt all are equally important, I have emphasised the ones of particular relevance to us right now.

The 12 Promises

I can expect a miraculous change in my life by working the program of Co-Dependents Anonymous. As I make an honest effort to work the Twelve Steps and follow the Twelve Traditions...

1.            I know a new sense of belonging. The feeling of emptiness and loneliness will disappear.

2.            I am no longer controlled by my fears. I overcome my fears and act with courage, integrity and dignity.

3.            I know a new freedom.

4.            I release myself from worry, guilt, and regret about my past and present. I am aware enough not to repeat it.

5.            I know a new love and acceptance of myself and others. I feel genuinely lovable, loving and loved.

6.            I learn to see myself as equal to others. My new and renewed relationships are all with equal partners.

7.            I am capable of developing and maintaining healthy and loving relationships. The need to control and manipulate others will disappear as I learn to trust those who are trustworthy.

8.            I learn that it is possible to mend - to become more loving, intimate and supportive. I have the choice of communicating with my family in a way which is safe for me and respectful of them.

9.            I acknowledge that I am a unique and precious creation.

10.        I no longer need to rely solely on others to provide my sense of worth.

11.        I trust a guidance I receive from my higher power and come to believe in my own capabilities.

12.        I gradually experience serenity, strength, and spiritual growth in my daily life.

AVATAR - Movie Clips

Tapping Into Our Future

Tapping Into Our Fruitfulness
My husband, Rav Berg, once told me a story about two great friends. There was a man who was sentenced to death. Before he was taken away, the condemned man begged the king, “Please allow me three days’ time to put my affairs in order and to make sure that my family is taken care of.”

“How will I know that you will come back?” asked the king. Almost immediately, the condemned man’s best friend raised his hand and said, “I will take his place. If he doesn’t come back, you can hang me instead.”

Three days passed, and the condemned man had not returned. When it came time for the hanging, the king’s guards turned to the man who had offered himself as a substitute and said, “You will have to take his place.”

Just before the noose was slipped over the man’s head, a voice suddenly rang out in the distance. “I’m here! I’m here! Stop! Stop!” The condemned man ran forward from the crowd to take his rightful place on the gallows.

At this point, however, the friend had already made up his mind to die in the first man’s stead. “You were late,” he said. “So maybe this was meant to be my destiny. You have a family who needs you. I’m alone, already here and ready to go.”

The two friends argued back and forth, each one choosing to die for the other. Seeing this, the king declared a stop to the hanging, saying, “My sentence was meant for one man, but I see that if I were to kill one of you it would be as though I were killing two people. Both of you can go free.”

The point of the story? Because each friend was willing to face death for the other, the judgment was removed from both.

Now obviously most of us, thank God, will never be in such an extreme situation. Still, there is a message here about the unlimited power of unconditional love. This week’s portion, Bamidbar, allows us the ability to go against our doubts and to understand that our spiritual growth is not determined by how much we learn or even by how much we pray; it’s determined by how much we’re prepared to extend ourselves for others.

You know the word “Kabbalah” actually means “to receive.” In our lives, we have little problem with receiving. The problem lies with what happens on the other side. Often times, the people that are – or appear to be – the most successful are also the unhappiest because they haven’t found the balance between what they have and what they can share and do for this world. This week, may each and every one of us have the ability to tap into our fruitfulness – whether it be time, money, or talent – and find ways to share it with the world.

If you like this please share it with a friend

Just Go With It (S)

We'll do it all, everything, on our own
We don't need anything or anyone

If I lay here, if I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

Oh can't you see, you belong to me
How my poor heart aches
With every step you take

If I lay here, if I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

Since you've gone I've been lost without a trace
I dream at night I can only see your face
I look around but it's you I can't replace
I feel so cold and I long for your embrace
I keep crying baby, baby, please...

I don't quite know how to say how I feel
Those three words are said too much
They're not enough

Oh can't you see, you belong to me
How my poor heart aches
With every step you take

If I lay here, if I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

I'll be watching you

Every breath you take
Let's waste time
Every move you make
Every bond you break
Every step you take
I'll be watching you
Every single day
Chasing cars
Every word you say
Every game you play
I'll be watching you
Every night you stay
Every move you make
I need your grace
Every vow you break
Every smile you fake
Every claim you stake
I'll be watching you
Every single day
To remind me
Every word you say
Every game you play
Every game you play

If I lay here, if I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

What a beautiful song indicated from the movie, Just Go With It.  I now understand why I never understood literature at school. It was because I had no emotion; I had bottled my emotions up. I did not know what love was. Now that I know better, it has opened up a whole new world for me.

The stanza on Those 3 words are said too much they're not enough is so true.  I Love You has no real meaning any more. People say it all the time without any emotion or reason. My previous blog asked why is it so hard to say I Love You.  At the emotional level I Love You = I Need You.

At the spiritual level I Love You = I See You = I Love Your Soul = I See Your Soul = Perfect Love.

It is all very clear to me now! Wow!  I feel the same about my love for Neytiri, saying I Lve You just doesn't seem enough any more.  What we have is at a mucher deeper and higher level, if there is such a thing.

This song now has so, so much meaning for me; for us. I get all emotional listening to it and reading the lyrics. Just divine; sublime.

The movie itself was a great example of the lies we live.  We exaggerate our  personal lives and situation to impress people and so called friends, we do not even like!  We live a lie and then lie about the lies until we live a tangled web.  In the end we just bottom out and feel compelled to tell the truth.  We feel so liberated at this stage because we realise the other people are also living a lie. Telling us lie to impress us! Insane you might say but so true.

Also it provides a good example about expressing your feelings openly and not leaving anything to guessing.  I promised Neytiri not to deny my feelings or suppress them ever again and hope she learns to do the same.  In the movie, Jennfier gets to the stage where she says she is tied of guessing (because they were too scared to express their real feelings).
