With the below I am not intending to claim absolutes in any way, more share awarenesses that have rung true for me personally, been ever healing and always helped to awaken and return me to happiness and love.
These need not be your ‘truths’, of course – accept only what resonates.
1. The only thing wrong with you is ever thinking there’s anything wrong with you.
2. You are loved, loving and loveable, ever and always.
3. You deserve all your heart desires.
4. You co-create your reality. If you don’t like the story you’re living, get writing a new script.
5. You are loved totally and unconditionally by the heart of creation. There is nothing you need do to win that love, and nothing you can do to lose it.
6. Success does not take time, it takes a change of mind.
7. If you don’t think you’re amazing, you’ve simply temporarily forgotten who you are.
8. Only love is real.
9. Whoa and behold, celebratory blissings, chocolate is real too.
10. Choice is yours for the taking, life is yours for the making.
11. All endings are beginnings.
12. In letting go you can only ever win, if something’s for your best it will come back, if not something better will.
13. You are eternal and get to hang with loved ones forever.
14. The truth of who you are is wholly innocent.
15. Happiness is a choice. Give yourself permission and feel it.
